Site+Medic needs friendly, skilled WordPress experts in your area to help small businesses solve their WordPress issues. You’ll get to tell us when you want to work, and whether your available for on-site, or remote jobs (or both!)


First: Apply Online

It starts with a short application process that includes an online skills assessment. We need to know what you know. Almost all skill levels are needed. And if you’re not quite there, we can help polish off the more advanced skills you might need.  APPLY NOW

Second: Create Your Profile

In your profile you’ll indicate the days/times you’re available, and whether your want to take on-site or remote jobs (or both). If you choose to accept remote jobs, you’ll tell us what areas you’re willing to cover.

Third: Get Scheduled

Download the app, and when Site+Medic gets a request for a Service Call, we match the technician skills to the customer’s needs. The Service Call is booked and assigned based on Technician skill set and availability.

SMS and email notifications alert the Technician of the scheduled Service Call and send reminders to the customer to reduce missed appointments.


Fourth: Complete Jobs

Our dispatch app makes on-site Service Calls a breeze with “on my way” status notifications, real-time arrival tracking, and route optimization for you, so you get there quickly and efficiently. Once the work starts, you’ll follow the SiteWarranty Checklist and troubleshoot and correct specific issues. A screen capture of the session tracks all activity for security and a complete customer record.

Fifth: Get Paid

At the end of the Service Call, you will collect payment from the customer through our secure app. Technicians are paid every Tuesday for the work completed the week prior. Our generous payment structure pays up to 75% of the revenue collected from the customer.
